I recently started 25 MG, can I take half 12.5 when less anxious.
Does anyone take a different dose at times, ex, more when real anxious less when feeling better?

No, this should be taken exactly as directed so that you have a constant level in your system at all times. This type of medication doesn't work like an aspirin tablet... you have to take it consistently every day to get the full benefits.
25mg is a very low initial dose and may likely be increased depending on your response to the medication.
