I need to taper down on this med and would like to go to 15 from 20 My Doc said go to 10 but it seems like a big jump
Can amitriptyline/perphenazine tablets be cut in half?

I cut them in half all the time. In a word, YES. Unfortunately they never seem to cut evenly, but I taper off of them this way. It's also a way to keep my dosage lower so I don't need higher and higher doses of the medicine.
