What is amitriptyline hydrochloride 25 mg oral tablet used for?

It's used for numerous things, mainly used for depression, sleep, and nerve pain. It's main use, these days, is for nerve pain.

Tablet logo "AN415" claims buprenorphine and naloxone hydrochloride then in parantheses (base)?

what does that mean? Sounds like a contradiction in terms or at least chemistry?
