It is learnt that the diabetic medicines does not affect the patient after some period of time.
I take "Janumet 50 mg/1000 mg" in the morning after food which contains 50 mg SITAGLIPTIN PHOSPHATE AND 1000 mg METFORMIN HYDROCHLORIDE and the same tablet in the evening after food.
Is it adviseable after considerate period of time say three or four months to switch from the above JANUMET tablet to GLYCOMET GP 2 FORTE which contains METFORMIN HYDROCHLORIDE 1000mg and GLIMEPIRIDE 2mg. in order to have good effect of medicines.
I have used the medicines on above lines, but i want to have advise/ confirmation from experts.
Is it adviseable to change the diabetic medicines after some period of time?
