I am a small Asian woman. To prevent my thin bones, Doctor got me Actonel, Fosamax etc. But because of Pros and Cones, I stopped it. I was 55-60. I got Osteopenia at 65. Since then I had new doctors one after another due to their retirement. Now at 73, I have Osteopolosis -2.7. My new doctor prescribed Fosamax, saying that my BONE HISTORY isn't clear and my option to take Fosamax every week is up to me. What is your opinion? Thank you.
