AniMed’s LSO™ Linseed Oil Blend is one of the richest, natural sources of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids, including alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) derived from plant seeds. Horses require a minimum level of fat in their diet for optimum health. Omega 3 and Omega 6 are essential fatty acids and as such, must be supplied in their diet or through supplements.

FEEDING DIRECTIONS: LSO™ Linseed Oil Blend should be top dressed or mixed with normal feed ration. As a general rule of good feeding practice oils should be introduced gradually.

HORSES: 1000lbs total body weight, feed 1 to 2 ounces daily. Horses 500lbs total body weight feed 1 ounce daily.

DOGS: under 25lbs body weight 1 tsp, 25lb-50lb 2 tsp, over 50lb 3 tsp daily.

CATTLE: 1 to 2 ounces per day regardless of weight.

GOATS & SHEEP: 1/2 ounce per day

PIGS: 1/2 to 1 ounce per day
