Polyunsaturated fatty acid and vitamin supplement for dogs and cats

Suggested Use: As a supplement to provide nutrients associated with maintenance of healthy skin and hair coat by providing a source of polyunsaturated fatty acids and vitamins A, D and E for dogs and cats.

Feeding Directions: Derma-Form liquid is a very palatable liquid supplement for dogs and cats and contains lecithin and other emulsifiers to facilitate high assimilability.

Dogs and Cats -

The quantity given may be adjusted according to the condition and size of the pet.

Three pumps approximate 5 mL (1 teaspoonful).
