Hypoxemia and Pulmonary Rehab

AMBULATORY CARE:

Pulmonary rehabilitation (rehab)

is a program to help you improve your lung function and prevent hypoxemia symptoms from worsening. Pulmonary rehab is ordered if the cause of your hypoxemia is related to certain conditions, such as COPD. Rehab is usually 3 times each week for a few months.
