What to use orally for vaginal yeast infection if patient is allergic to diflucan?

If not sensitive to it you can also try Nystatin. It is an excellent medicine and works fairly fast. Good luck to you yeast infections are very uncomfortable.

in case of diflucan allergy, you can take orally ketoconazole (Nizoral) + metronidazole for vaginal yeast infection.
or you can also take some vaginal agents like tioconazole (Vagistat-1)
which apply vaginally but it depends upon the severity of infection.
