If you have answered "no" to all of the questions asked about symptoms or conditions, your ANA may be meaningless (or at least, of unknown or uncertain significance). Depending on why it was ordered, it may be reasonable to recheck at some later date or it may be appropriate to simply see how you are doing over time and decide later whether additional testing is warranted.
