Anthralin has been shown to cause tumors in animals. However, there have been no reports of anthralin causing tumors in humans.
Serious side effects of Dritho-Scalp
Along with its needed effects, anthralin topical (the active ingredient contained in Dritho-Scalp) may cause some unwanted effects. Although not all of these side effects may occur, if they do occur they may need medical attention.
