Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction while taking chlophedianol / chlorcyclizine: hives; difficult breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.

Stop using this medicine and call your doctor at once if you have a serious side effect such as:

• severe dizziness or anxiety, feeling like you might pass out;

• severe headache;

• fever; or

• mood changes.

Less serious side effects of chlophedianol / chlorcyclizine may include:

• diarrhea;

• sleep problems (insomnia).
