Overview
If you become pregnant, discuss with your doctor the benefits and risks of using Salicylic Acid/Sulfur Lotion during pregnancy. It is unknown if Salicylic Acid/Sulfur Lotion is excreted in breast milk. Do not breast-feed while you are using Salicylic Acid/Sulfur Lotion.
Salicylic acid / sulfur topical Pregnancy Warnings
Salicylic acid-sulfur topical has not been formally assigned to a pregnancy category by the FDA. Animal studies on salicylic acid-sulfur topical or sulfur topical alone have not been conducted. Animal studies have reported that salicylic acid administered orally caused birth defects. There are no controlled data in human pregnancy. Salicylic acid-sulfur topical should only be given during pregnancy when benefits outweigh risks.

There are no data on the excretion of salicylic acid-sulfur topical into human milk.
