Overview

If you become pregnant, contact your doctor. You will need to discuss the benefits and risks of using Chlorpheniramine/Phenylephrine/Pyrilamine while you are pregnant. Chlorpheniramine/Phenylephrine/Pyrilamine may be found in breast milk. Do not breast-feed while taking Chlorpheniramine/Phenylephrine/Pyrilamine.

Chlorpheniramine / phenylephrine / pyrilamine Pregnancy Warnings

Chlorpheniramine-phenylephrine-pyrilamine has been assigned to pregnancy category C by the FDA. Animal studies have not been reported. There are no controlled data in human pregnancy. Chlorpheniramine-phenylephrine-pyrilamine should only be given during pregnancy when benefits outweigh risks.

The manufacturer has stated that chlorpheniramine-phenylephrine-pyrilamine should not be administered to a nursing mother.
