The cash price for Onfi is roughly $3,149 for 100 tablets of the 10 mg strength and $6,288 for 100 tablets of the 20 mg strength using a widely accepted coupon. The oral 2.5 mg/mL oral liquid suspension costs about $1,659 for 120 mL (4 ounces).

Onfi (clobazam) is available as both a brand name medicine and as a generic option. A generic drug might save you money if you are paying for your prescriptions out-of-pocket.

The Onfi price estimates are based on using the Drugs.com discount card which is accepted at most U.S. pharmacies.

What is Onfi approved to treat?

Onfi (generic name: clobazam) is approved to be used with other medicines for the treatment of seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS) in patients 2 years of age or older. LGS is a severe form of childhood epilepsy that also causes developmental and behavior problems.

Onfi is a member of the benzodiazepine anticonvulsants drug class and is classified as a Schedule IV prescription medicine. It comes as an oral tablet or suspension and a generic version is also available.

The generic tablets may look different than the brand name drug so check with your pharmacist if you are not sure.
