Phentride (phentermine) for Weight Loss: I am 5'3" and have Chronic Fatigue and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and both of these caused me to gain up to 175 pounds. I have tried everything to lose weight and none helped. I started taking phentermine 4-2008 and I have gone from a size 12 to a size 9/10 in 2 months. It does give you a little energy boost, I noticed I wasn't craving sweets anymore and I wasn't binge eating. The phentermine gave me control over what I eat and when. I now make healthier choices, because I want to be healthy. There have been days that I would forget to eat, that is how strong phentermine is. At first I had a hard time with the side effects of headaches, stomach pain and dizziness, so I only took a 1/2 of pill. Good Luck.
