For Psoriatic Arthritis "I’ve been searching for relief of psoriatic arthritis in fingers, wrists, knees, ankles, toes, neck, and spine, along with major scalp inflammation and intense itching and burning. After 9 weeks of the 15 mg dose, my arthritis has improved by about 30%. No adverse side effects. This Rinvoq is the most helpful of all that I’ve tried."

For Rheumatoid Arthritis "I have been on Rinvoq for 1 month. I had my labs drawn today and my results of my CBC are alarming! Low WBC, RBC, Platelets and more. I'm stopping this med and calling my Dr first thing in the morning."

For Ulcerative Colitis "I had been in remission for UC for 8 years when I had a recurrence. My GI doctor put me on Rinvoq starting with a high dosage and then stair-stepping down on the dosage. Within 4 days, I saw a significant improvement in my bowel movements and a significant reduction in bleeding. Over the next 6-8 weeks, I continued to progress and went back into complete remission. I have not been taking any medications for almost 10 months now after being treated with Rinvoq. I had no side effects except gaining weight back."

For Non-Radiographic Axial Spondyloarthritis "I noticed less pain in my SI joints and hip after 4 weeks. After 12 weeks, I had about 70-80% improvement. I basically had no side effects. However, after about 6 months on Rinvoq, my Sed Rate increased from 6 to 24, and I started having more pain and sciatica. Not sure why I have had such a lengthy and severe flare-up."

For Ulcerative Colitis "Been on medication for 2 months and going on maintenance dose now. It has so far kept my UC under control after a 8 month flare up. However the last 3 weeks I have been suffering with dermatitis on my face, neck and chest. I’m struggling getting rid of it with topical treatment and don’t know if caused by Rinvoq. Also I feel like I have unexplained weight gain but not sure yet if caused by Rinvoq."

For Ulcerative Colitis "So far so good - It's keeping my UC in check after about 1 month of taking 3x/day. I will be dropping down to the maintenance dose after 2 months assuming all continues to go well. The only side effect has been some pretty noticeable fatigue from time to time."

For Atopic Dermatitis "Severe atopic dermatitis popped up out of nowhere a year ago (reaction to 3rd Pfizer vaccine remains suspect). Outbreak had started to taper off at beginning of 15mg/day Rinvoq regimen. Continued progress through 2.5 months when I got a 4th Pfizer vaccine, at which point itchy spots started appearing again. Still, nothing like my initial outbreak but the jury's still out as to Rinvoq's effectiveness after 3.5 months. 68 year-old male. No side effects."

For Atopic Dermatitis "It's not a miracle cure like they say. I believe there is a 60% improvement in my eczema after being on it for about half a year. No side effects that I've noticed, which is good. Overall, I suppose it's better than nothing, but it's just a little sad to realize there is still no medication that can cure eczema by at least 90% or more, though I realize that biologics work almost fully for some people. I'm just not one of them."

For Ulcerative Colitis "This is an amazing drug that I have now used for about two years. My UC was so bad, I could not leave the house. I have tried all the others with no success, including Entyvio and Stelar. I have my life back! The only side effects are folliculitis on the scalp and possible weight gain. For me, it's a godsend. I'm on the maintenance dose of 30 mg."

For Rheumatoid Arthritis "I have psoriatic arthritis just got off of one medication that kept me sick 3/4 of the time and prescribed Rinvoq. After reading all these comments, I have decided to not take this. I would rather suffer with my arthritis than subject myself to more sickness. The last 3 months on the other medication has been a living nightmare, and I don't want that again."

For Psoriatic Arthritis "This medication is excellent so far. I have been taking it for about 4 or 5 months, and I can tell a noticeable difference in my flares and pain levels for the psoriatic arthritis. The most incredible thing about this medication is that it cleared my skin in only a few weeks. I have psoriasis on my joints (over knuckles, knees, elbows, etc.), the palms of my hands, the soles of my feet, and my wrists. They are all much better. I hope they approve this for just the skin condition soon so those who need it can find relief."

For Rheumatoid Arthritis "I am a 61 yr old woman. I was diagnosed with RA years ago. My specialist had me on so many meds even had to take injections. They didn't work I was in so much pain. I had a hard time getting up in the morning and walking around. I have it in my hands, fingers, toes, ankles, and knees. I started seeing a new specialist and he put me on Rinvoq. I have been on it for almost 2 years. I have been noticing I am always tired and sleep a lot. I don't know if this is because of the meds or is it just me. I have been breathing deeper to so is this normal or what? But I do not have any pain. I can do walk again without pain."

For Psoriatic Arthritis "Rinvoq has been a life safer for me. I went from being invalid, so fatigued that emptying the dishwasher had me experiencing excruciating flares to being able to put in a 5-hour day around the house with very little pain. I was on prednisone, methotrexate, and Cimzia and had a very bad reaction to one of those drugs. The longer I have been on Rinvoq the better my symptoms improve. I have a very low dose, but I may talk to my rheumatologist about going up to the next dose. No regrets."

For Rheumatoid Arthritis "Been on Rinvoq for nearly two years. I started at 67 when I couldn't walk from bad Rheumatoid Arthritis. Both knees had cysts and shooting pain from a fall of bike several years ago woke me up nites. Rinvoq worked miracle for me. Started gardening and cooking again. Only take every other day as I am about 120 lbs, 5 ft 6 inches tall. Also as an elderly person, meds don't metabolize as quickly. However, I do stop taking whenever I feel a scratchy throat or run down from cold symptoms. Also stop if I get a mouth sore from biting my self when chewing."

For Atopic Dermatitis "This drug is an absolute life saver! Prior to taking it I had no quality of life. I had severe itching which resulted in approximately 3 hours of sleep a night. The itching was driving me insane to the point like seemed too hard. No medications, creams or lotions worked. I was using a fork to scratch my skin as my nails couldn't relieve the itch. Within about 4 weeks after starting Rinvoq I started getting significant relief. I have been on it for 6 months and the itch issue is 100% gone. The horrendous eczema on my hands that was cracked and bleeding has cleared up as well and an added bonus is I was spontaneously bruising very significantly. I could be sitting watching TV or sleeping at night and I would be covered daily in severe large purple bruises on my body and face. I had no trauma to my body but they spontaneously appeared.I looked like I had been in a bad accident when I was doing nothing to warrant bruising. They have progressively improved to only a few bruises"

For Atopic Dermatitis "I've been taking Rinvoq for almost a year now and had to increase from 15mg to 30mg because the itching and inflammation came back after about 20 hours of taking it. I've gained almost 15 kg!!! and I can't get it off without starving myself. The cholesterol and kidney values are also noticeable but not yet worrying. All in all a completely new life and wouldn't want to have to vegetate without this effect anymore!"

For Rheumatoid Arthritis "I was diagnosed with RA in 2020. I was first put on Hydroxychloroquine, then Methotrexate which did not work for me, then Rinvoq. I took Rinvoq for 3 months and started to feel the drug working well on the RA. I had less stiffness and pain but between the third and fourth month I started to feel my heart beating rapidly like it was on a treadmill. I had to stop taking it and now I have to see a Cardiologist. The drug was working but my heart could not tolerate it."

For Rheumatoid Arthritis "Severe respiratory issues, shortness of breath, small skin sores all over my body, and fatigue. I've had severe rheumatoid arthritis for some 35 years now. I've been on pretty much every medication available with some of them giving pretty severe reactions. In my case, Rinvoq has been one of the more difficult medications regarding the side effects I've experienced. Having said that, we're all different what affects one may not cause the same issues with another."

For Ankylosing Spondylitis "Within one day, I felt less pain and less stiffness. I can finally walk, and walking the stairs and standing up from a chair is much easier now! It works really fast. Before starting Rinvoq, I had a huge flare-up of AS and Crohn's disease (IBD). I could barely walk. Do others also have mood drops after taking this med? Feeling jittery, sad, almost depressed. I tapered down my dosage to one pill every two days to measure the side effects. Both times, my mood dropped. If it continues, I'll have to switch to another drug. Depression is a no-go for me."

For Rheumatoid Arthritis "I was diagnosed with RA 2019. I tried Rinvoq 1st with side effects of depression, acne etc. I stopped taking that then my RA DR put me on Methotrexate the shots. Lucky I had very good insurance very expensive. The side effects are bad, I learn it was a chemo drug when all my hair fell. Stopped taking that. My Dr said I would have to start infusion, really. I asked about other alternatives eg diet or herbal remedies. Dr did not want to hear it. I no longer have a job , no insurance and no Dr. I keep looking for relief and pray every to God. I pray each of you will find relief. Take care and God bless you. Cb"
