For Wernicke's Encephalopathy "4.5yrs ago was hospitalized for a seizure post gastrointestinal infection. NPO and constant emesis. Given 75mg thiamine in a banana bag infused over 13 hours. I have been on daily thiamine since. 400mg PO and 100mg IM."
