Ozempic (semaglutide) "I have not yet been diagnosed as diabetic but I am having hyper glycemic episodes and I’m trying to lose weight. While many people experienced weight loss, I gained. I gained more than 5% of my starting weight in less than a month. It also causes nausea."

Ozempic (semaglutide) "Dr. put me on this medication for weight loss, I’m not diabetic. 4 weeks on .25 everything was a breeze, didn’t feel any side effects. Went up to .50 after a month and it’s been horrible ever since (had it Thursday, and it is 4 days since my injection; it is now Monday). It started with severe vertigo that laid me out for a whole day and a half. Saturday felt a bit better but still not right. Sunday felt dizzy spells still coming and going and acid reflux with constant burping, just off and not myself. Today, Monday I’ve had diarrhea, no desire to eat and I’ve been completely exhausted and still nauseous and dizzy. I actually couldn’t take the nausea anymore so I finally threw up and I could actually taste medicine coming up. Now, here I am in bed once again waiting to see what’s next for me."

Ozempic (semaglutide) "Started on the lowest dose and increased to the 1mg. In 4.5 months I have lost 25 pounds. Side effects were mild, just some nausea at first but nothing life altering. I'm able to fight cravings and eat significantly less."

Ozempic (semaglutide) "I am on day 2 of Ozempic for high cholesterol and pre diabetes. I need to loose 4 stone in weight. No side effects as yet. Definitely curbed my appetite which was phenomenal. It feels very strange because I feel I should be eating ! Just a strange taste/ feeling in mouth and it’s made my tinnitus worse but I can handle that,"

Ozempic (semaglutide) "Off label for weight loss. Overall very happy, in 10 weeks have lost 13 lbs. with minimal side effects. Now on the 1mg dose for 2 weeks and no increase in side effects. First couple of weeks there were some intestinal issues, gas, cramps and constipation but they have cleared up and over all I feel much better than before. The 5% weight lose has increased my energy. Weight lose has been gradual and fairly steady, just what you want."

Ozempic (semaglutide) "I stuck with it hoping it would get better after 5 weeks, it got worse, diarrhea, feeling like I have the flu 24/7. Dizzy and the worse pain in my body and stomach....its really not worth taking it for weight loss, you lose your whole life, because you can't even do anything because you feel so bad"

Ozempic (semaglutide) "My doctor suggested I take ozempic to bring down my weight and lower my chances of becoming diabetic which runs in the family. I am 67 and trying to stay healthy. Started a month ago on .25, things were ok, some nausea and decrease in appetite. Started this week on .5 and been extremely sick, two days in and vomiting frequently. Already have acid reflux and it is getting worse. Most embarrassing part was today as I was walking in the street it just came upon me and I had to find a corner to vomit on, a horrible experience to say the least. I want to stick it out and hope it will get better but not sure I can. My doctor projects a two month regimen. Hopefully I can make it but honestly if things do not improve on my next dose I will not be taking it anymore.I question the high out of pocket cost for a drug that is causing me so much misery"

Ozempic (semaglutide) "Was Ozempic for 4 weeks. Giving myself a weekly injection. Week 1 and 2 I was ok. The end of week 2 I was really nauseous. By the 3rd week I couldn't eat or drink anything. My prescriber assured me I would be ok so I went on with my 4th week. I spend 3 separate days in A&E and I was diagnosed with a clot in the lung (PE). Now maybe this wasn't directly caused by the injection but due to the severe nausea and dehydration that is how I got a clot. The nausea still continued for 4 weeks after my last injection. I would never recommend this at all. If my clot hadn't of been picked up goodness knows what may have happened. I also had bad dizziness and severe headaches"

Ozempic (semaglutide) "I have completed two months on Ozempic for weight loss. I started with .25 for 4 weeks, then .50 for 4 weeks and have just had my first 1ml injection. I have lost 1 kg in 2 months. The side effects are slight nausea and constipation. I don't qualify for subsidised medication and so it costs me $132 AU per month. I am going to give it another month and if there is no weight loss I shall give up."

Ozempic (semaglutide) "Started Ozempic 9 days ago (May 28/22) just recently too my second shot at .25mg So far down 7 lbs, and no side effects. Felling full and eating way less than I ever have, also sugar cravings are practically gone. Love soda, and haven't touched one all week - just no desire to drink it. So far really enjoying this medication, hoping it keeps up like this."

Ozempic (semaglutide) "I've been taking Ozempic for 1 month, and lost 10 lbs. (177-167). I was a bit shocked I lost so much, because I've been so busy, I hadn't really been watching what I eat. Ozempic makes me feel very nauseous if I eat too much, or if I eat bad (too sweet or greasy). Also, I can't eat much, like I get full fast. The 10lb release has motivated me to get active and keep my food journal! I figure if I do that, I could loss more weight!! So far so good, I would recommend Ozempic for weight loss."

Ozempic (semaglutide) "I took my first dose of .25. 6 days ago. The first 2 days I had significant nausea. I took Ondansetron and it helped. Then days 3 through 6 were horrible. Visual changes of blurriness and visual frame screen movements. Fingertips tingling, running into walls - balance and coordination gone, odd and random muscle twitching and body jerking. Could not drive my car. The last day I drove was 6 days ago. Today is day 6 and I awoke with no symptoms. Tomorrow is day 7 and my second injection is due of .25. I’ve put in a call with me cardiologist to ask if I should stop treatment. The injection pen doesn’t allow me to to set a dosage of half the .25. If it did I would like to continue treatment as my appetite and especially sugar cravings were quelled. I lost weight. Ate two healthy meals a day. My constant desire for food was nonexistent. The injection pen is easy to use."

Ozempic (semaglutide) "I’m a 39 year old female, have had 3 children and was diagnosed with hashimotos disease after baby number 3 which was 8 years ago. So very hard for me to lose weight no matter how healthy I eat or the amount of exercise I do, I’m about 8 weeks into using ozempic now. Started at 0.25mg for 4 weeks and 0.5mg for the last 4 weeks. So far I have lost 10.2kg. This and I have cut junk food and have been eating smaller portions. I haven’t had any side effects from it, except for possibly having to use my glasses more? I have read that it can cause blurred vision. However, So far I’m stoked with the results."

Ozempic (semaglutide) "I was on another daily injectable drug, but it lost its effect after a while, so decided to try Ozempic, off label. It’s injected into subcutaneous fat once per week. I’ve been struggling to lose weight for 13 years, since having a child. I’d manage to lose around 10 pounds, before piling it all back on and often more. At my heaviest I was 15 stones 1 pound (95.8kg) I’ve been on this drug for around 9 months, starting at 0.25mg, I’m now on 1mg per week. So far I’ve lost 2 stones 2 pounds (30 pounds) the most I’ve ever lost. I have luckily not experienced any side effects and have only 14 pounds to go, to reach my goal weight. I’m so happy that I’m no longer obsessing over food or bingeing."

Ozempic (semaglutide) "I began taking Ozempic 14 weeks ago strictly for weight loss. 0.25 for 6 weeks, 0.50 for 4 weeks, and have taken 2 doses of 1.0 so far. I had moderate heartburn for the first month. I realized I needed to eat smaller portions, and not have food or wine for a few hours before bed. No more heartburn! I have also lost 14 pounds in as many weeks."

Ozempic (semaglutide) "Very good product for my situation. I was unable to stick to a diet to lose extra weight. Ozempic decreased my appetite without me changing my diet. I enjoy eating healthy, so Ozempic helped me just eat less. I have lost approximately 5 pounds per month over the past 5 months since I began using Ozempic. The once per week medicine is easy to use and has been pain-free. The only side effects have been a slowing of bowel movements to maybe 3 per week, no stomach aches. I do walk at least 30 minutes every day, and I think regular exercise is important to help keep digestion moving. I am thrilled with the results! I am 74 years old and really needed to get the extra weight off to ease the stress on my joints and to keep my blood pressure steady. I have gradually moved my dosage from 0.25 to 0.50 to 0.75 and find I am steadily losing at this level. I may have to move to 1.0 in time but will stay at 0.75 until my weight loss needs an extra boost."

Ozempic (semaglutide) "Acid reflux is unbearable, I have to sleep upright to keep it somewhat tolerable, stopped eating sugar, and chocolate because it made it worse. If it wasn't for this side effect, it would be a wonder drug. Lost 15lbs in 23 days."

Ozempic (semaglutide) "I started Ozempic 9 weeks ago I lost 50 pounds. It depleted my appetite completely. If I ate foods with fat I felt sick. Nausea stuff like that, it’s a great way to get your self going in a good direction to eat healthy food only because it takes food cravings away. I have reached my goal weight now I just need to maintain. I give this 8/10. The bad part I would say is you can eat over it if you really want to and if you don’t have a healthy diet and exercise routine you will gain it back because as soon as you go off your regular hunger comes back."

Ozempic (semaglutide) "A little background: I am 6’2”, 24 years old and the most I ever weighted was 316 lbs. Always use to wear the most baggy clothes, and was not confident in myself. The crazy thing is, is that it was a “trim” 316 lbs (if that makes sense), like I play hockey and get around just fine - I was just overweight. In college I managed to get down to 280 from being poor and walking everywhere. But now I am in the real world working and about 4 months ago when I began Ozempic, I was back up to 310 lbs. My mom started it, she like it, she was down about 10 lbs and told me I should try it. I started at .25, for about 6 weeks. I had not lost much weight in the beginning and had some nausea and pretty decent headaches, but that goes away after about a week or so. I am now taking the 1.7 Wegovy and I am now down to 265. I feel great, look great, and I look forward to taking the 2.4"

Ozempic (semaglutide) "I started Ozempic at 0.25 July 23, 2021 for weightloss only. Have not had any side effects. I have injected in my upper thigh/hip area after reading reviews how that would help with nausea etc. I did this for 3 weeks and went to the 0.5 on August 13, 2021. Still no side effects. Did not notice a huge change in appetite. I already am irregular for breakfast, usually coffee, maybe an egg on toast or bowl of gluten free cereal ( I am a celiac). I hardly eat lunch, maybe a piece of fruit and then a normal dinner of meat, side and veg. I don't drink hardly ever and don't eat a lot of sugary foods or a lot of take out (celiac will do that to you). I moved to the 1 dose on Sept 3. I have taken my 2nd dose of 1 today and still no side effects. I also have not noticed any movement in my scale. I have been told sometimes it takes being on 1 for awhile to really have the effect. So I am being positive. Time will show how effective it is. I am 340 lbs+. Scale won't tell me yet."

Ozempic (semaglutide) "I started taking Ozempic yesterday, I know it’s early to tell but so far no side effects. I was worried cause some people had immediate side effects. The only thing is constipation which I had anyway before the treatment. My goal is to lose 10 to 15 lbs, I am a small frame therefore it will kickstart my weight control. I don’t have diabetes but gained 20 lbs in the last 4 years. I shall give another review after a month, this thing works if you are a healthy eater (I am). Let’s see what happens."

Ozempic (semaglutide) "I have used Ozempic 0.25 for two weeks to loss weight and felt no effects, neither good nor bad. I may have felt full with a little less food in one sitting, but the continuous cravings are unchanged. At least I seem to adapt well since I feel absolutely no evil side-effects either. Today I am changing to a 0.5 dose. Let's see how that goes."
