"I love Complera because it has manageable side effects. I had such side effects as joints pain, depression, nervous, fat on back neck, sleepy, stomach pains, enlarged eyes, smelly urine, teeth more sensitive and cracking, dandruff... But ALL OF THESE are resulting of interaction with food high caffeine and purine!(Coffee, chocolate, meat, pork, tea, cola) I removed all these products and all side effects disappeared! Also I removed all diary products because it affects on legs lipoatrophy. High Fructose products and fruits(Watermelon, honey, sodas and other... ) affects on visceral fat gain, and and slower digest! Almost no bloating and gas after "plank" exercise."
