Magnesium hydroxide Pregnancy Warnings
This drug should not be used during pregnancy unless the benefit outweighs the risk to the fetus.

Animal studies have failed to reveal evidence of direct or indirect effects on pregnancy, embryofetal development, parturition, or postnatal development. There are no controlled data in human pregnancy.

-This drug has been used without apparent harmful effects in the nursing infant.
-The WHO considers aluminum hydroxide compatible with breastfeeding.
