"I've suffered from cyclic vomiting for over 10 years and the only thing that brings me relief(I've suffered for over a week before with the intense vomiting and dibilitating migraines and had to be hospitalized due to dehydration and pain and panic attacks.)My GP actually prescribed me the injectable form and at the first sign I take an injection then usually wait 10 minutes and give myself a second injection and this medication has saved my life. "

"It is fairly effective if taken in time. Usually with a nausea medication too. Doesn't fully resolve symptoms but takes the edge off and helps with vomiting. It is also very expensive medication."

"I take sumatriptan for the onset of my migraines and nausea that come along with my CVS. On bad days they help a lot. The only thing is I usually have to take more than one dose and the medication is expensive even with insurance."
