"Very effective, just remember to drink plenty of water when you are using it. A drug caused constipation for me, so I decided to buy a psyllium supplement. It works really well and no side-effects."

Metamucil (psyllium) "Miramax drinks 3x daily didn't work until I started taking it with Crystal Light (or generic brand). Works beautifully each time. Then, learned many doctors prescribe using it for colonoscopy preps!"
