"I was put on minocyline to treat a rare, late-reaction from dermal filler I had put under my eyes a year and a half ago to hide my dark under eye circles. I developed tumor like bumps along my eye socket as an autoimmune reaction to the filler. This my second time on this medication, first round was for 10 days, this round 14 days. The tumors have reduced in size, but holy cow.... this medication is horrible. I don’t feel like I’m attached to myself, like I’m floating, spinning, and not even human. I have no personality or emotion, I can’t think straight, my reactions are abnormal. My stomach and throat burn constantly and now I’m having severe diarrhea. I would never advise anyone to take this medication. I’m just trying to shrink these stupid tumors "

"Been on minocyline for 4 days. Worse 4 days ever. Major feelings of depersonalization and out of body feelings. Stopping this medication immediately. I've been taking taking for perioral dermatitis."

"I have been taking minocycline for 2 years for scleroderma /generalized morpia. At first I had a step down of prednisone for 2 months with it. It's stopped the spread of the morpia dead in its tracks. Now my skin is starting to clear up. Still have some bad spots that are clearing slower. For the side effects I take a 0.05mg clonazepam and it gets rid of all the side effects. I had the vertigo and anxiety so bad. "
