"They helped me a little bit for a short time after taking 4 doses but I need to get a stool culture so I may have something other than typical diarrhea. The main reason for my review is to say that the caplets are extremely difficult to get out of the individual packing. I needed scissors to cut it open. Most caplets/pills are easy to get out by peeling away the paper on the back but that's impossible to do with this medication."
