"Unable to use this product due to heart rhythm malfunction. Interacted with prescription meds and caused arrhythmia. Check with physician first before using this product if you take meds."

"I purchased a new tube of Prep H ointment this week. This product has definitely changed for the worse! HORRIBLE burning! I have used Prep H for 25+ years w/relief but NO more! 1) I Compared the ingredients from a couple of old tubes to new tube & most of the active ingredients flip flopped to the inactive ingredients & vice-versa 2) purchased an expensive oversized box with a small tube inside-deceiving marketing 3) internal insert tube is approx 75 %smaller. What's even worse is--As a patient I have sense not to use it anymore BUT as a caretaker using this on the elderly invalids in ill health that can not speak for themselves, If this is being used in nursing homes... It needs to be re-evaluated. If these new or flip flopped ingredient %s have changed & caused this burning please research why this happened. If others are having this problem, please speak up & give a review."
