"Had stomach issues the first day after taking the candesartan / hydrochlorothiazide -mild at first, then near the end of 30 days, these issues progressed into abdominal angiodema. Before this last issue, my system was leaning more to painful constipation(I have IBS d/c) and there may have even been blood in my stool caused by painful evacuation. Stopped taking medication and immediately noticed the healing of the effected parts in my body; namely the above and swelling in throat/sinus areas. Lowers BP; at times, too low!"

"I was on this for Protection of kidneys from type 2 diabetes. After 3 weeks on a 2mg dose, it caused massive hair loss. 6 weeks post withdrawal and still experiencing very large amounts of shedding hair. No mention of this possibility in any drug information."
