"I was taking elavil and was arguing with my spouse and I had one beer. I took two 25 mg. Pills and about 10 hours later I woke up in hospital to be told I was found wandering next to the freeway with no shirt and no shoes. I had no recollection of anything from after about 20 minutes after taking medication. Absolutely nothing Beware!!"

"I have bipolar disorder and currently taking 10mg Amitryptiline along side my mood stabiliser of 500mg Seroquel XR. I started this medicine when I was having a depressive episode and it has worked wonders for me. I have been on Sertraline, Venlafaxine, Fluoxetine, Escitalopram, and Mirtazapine. This is the only anti depressant that has worked for me."
