Tadalafil is not indicated for treatment of increased sex drive, etc. in women.

Tadalafil relaxes muscles and increases blood flow to particular areas of the body.

Tadalafil under the name of Cialis is used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) and symptoms of benign prostatic hypertrophy (enlarged prostate). Another brand of tadalafil is Adcirca, which is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension and improve exercise capacity in men and women.

Cialis is NOT indicated for women, I would highly discourage a woman from taking it due to the fact that it has not been FDA approved for women. At the moment there are several ED medications for women that are in the third phase of clinical trials to be tested for safety and approval by the FDA. There are some prescription medications that are typically used in women with menopause that can increase sex drive such as Premarin, or estrogen, but discussing it with your doctor is the best course of action to take.
