Dispersible tablets disintegrate (break up) into smaller partices.
Mouth dissolving tablets are tablets that are designed to dissolve (break up) in the mucous membranes of the buccal cavity (in the mouth).
"Orally disintegrating" and "mouth dissolving" both mean the same and are just flash names given to orally dissolvable tablets by drug companies.
