Tadalafil - can you pass a drug test using cialis?

It depends on how specific the test is going to be. As far as I know Cialis does not give false positives for any illegal/addictive drugs. However if they check for any drugs in the blood then obviously it'll be detected. Why don't you declare it ... it's not an illegal medicine.
