Symbicort is great, but very expensive. Is there a generic inhaler that will reduce my cost?

I cannot use Symbicort as it is very expensive & the company only helps one time.
what is another choice for this expensive symbicort inhaler?
I also would like to know the answer as the company only helps you one time only & since its really expensive it seems like they don't care. Just interested in money only
The first patent for Symbicort currently expires in September 2012. This is the earliest possible date that generic versions of the drug could become available.
Take care, maybe consult your doc who would prescribe a cheaper alternative, take care, please.
