No. Pregabalin is not like Vicodin.
No it's not like taking Vicodin if you use it correctly it will help a lot. To the gentleman who committed on it was too expensive if you go to your doctor he can give you a discount card My doctor gave me one and instead of paying over $500.for my prescription I pay $25.00 you can also go on line to Lyrica discounts you fill out the information and they will send you a card. So if you really do well on the prescription I would take my advice I HOPE THIS HELPS AND GOOD LUCK
No, Pregabalin (Lyrica) is not a opiate like hydrocodone (Vicodin). It is a excellent drug if you have fibromyalgia or similar nerve type ailments.
It has literally helped people get out of bed and live again after being down for years..Give this drug a few weeks to get into your system also you may fiind that the doctor starts you on a low dose due to some of the side effects (dizzy ect). So you will likely need to go up in your dose...
Dave is right... It took me some time to get rid of the side effects and as soon as they were gone, I had to up the dose..got very dizzy, actually fell down! but only lasted a few days, unfortunalty, too expensive for me and had to stop taking it, sometimes dr gives me samples I savor... I started just taking at night. then 75mg 2x a day, and eventually 150mg 2x a day..start off slow, but will work great for you I hope!
NO... Pregabalin is a nerve pain med they give to people with fibromyalgia, pain from diabeties, and pain from shingles... Lyrica is what its called..It works well for me, just very expensive... i don't know about Seroquel, but, no not an opiate... I think it works well WITH vicodin... hope this helps..put in Seroquel and pregabalin in the interactions checker on this website and it will tell you all you need to know.. good luck!
