Compazine (prochlorperazine) is classed as an anti psychotic, but I've never seen it used for anything but nausea and vomiting. Promethazine is also for nausea and vomiting but is an anti histamine. They both work about equally.

Compazine is an antipsychotic and promethazine is an antihistamine, used for nausea, and upper res infections
