Uni-CortThis treatment applies to the following species:
Adrenal Cortex Injection
Active Ingredient(s): Each mL contains: Biological activity derived from adrenal glands equivalent to 200 µg hydrocortisone.
UNI-CORT is used to treat stress related disorders which may be a result of dehydration and general fatigue in horses.
Dosage and AdministrationAdminister 5 mL intramuscularly or intravenously, depending upon the severity of the condition. Five (5) mL given four (4) hours, intravenously prior to strenuous activity may help to relieve stress.
Precaution(s): Store in a refrigerator.
Presentation: 30 mL multi-dose vials.
