For vaccination of healthy cattle as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR), bovine virus diarrhea (BVD) Type I, parainfluenza 3 (PI-3), bovine respiratory syncytial virus (BRSV) and Haemophilus somnus. This product contains BVD Type I.
DOSE: Cattle, inject one 5 mL dose intramuscularly or subcutaneously using aseptic technique. Repeat in 14 to 28 days. A 5 mL booster dose is recommended annually or prior to time of stress or exposure. Calves vaccinated under 6 months of age should be revaccinated at 6 months of age. Protect animals from exposure for at least 14 days after the last dose of vaccine.
The vaccine contains a dual adjuvant system to stimulate immunity. The vaccine uses the Immune-Guard® inactivant to kill viral components. The Haemophilus somnus fraction is an extracted bacterial antigen.
Triangle 4 + HS Caution
Store in the dark at 2° to 7°C (35° to 45°F). AVOID FREEZING. SHAKE WELL. Use entire contents when first opened. Transient swelling and soreness may occur at the injection site. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. In case of anaphylactoid reaction, administer epinephrine.
Formalin, thimerosal, neomycin and polymyxin B added as preservatives.
