For Use In Swine
For Veterinary Use only
For vaccination of healthy swine as an aid in the prevention of clinical signs caused by porcine parvovirus.
DOSE: Aseptically inject 2 mL (2 cc) intramuscularly per animal. Gilts: Since maternal antibodies will block vaccination response, administer a single dose no sooner than 6 months of age and at least 2 weeks before breeding. Sows: Vaccinate with a single dose between 8 and 2 weeks before breeding. Boars: To reduce virus shedding in the herd, vaccinate boars after 8 months of age. Revaccinate annually.
Suvaxyn P Caution
Store between 35° and 45°F (2° and 7°C). Avoid freezing. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. Shake well before using. Use entire contents when first opened. Allergic reactions, although rare, may occur. The antidote is epinephrine.
Contains gentamicin as a preservative.
