Gentle, Palatable Liquid for Control of Simple Diarrhea

Composition:

Each fluid ounce (2 tablespoons) of Soothables K•P•A•D, Anti-Diarrheal Liquid contains:

Kaolin

90 gr (5.8 g)

Pectin

4 gr (0.26 g)

in a palatable base. Flavorings and color added.

Kaolin is an anti-diarrheal medicine additive for the adsorption of toxins. This adsorbent action helps relieve the irritation, discomfort and cramping associated with diarrhea.

Pectin is a soluble dietary fiber naturally present in citrus fruits.

Soothables K.P.A.D. Indications For Use:

Soothables K•P•A•D is a pleasant tasting liquid suspension for use as an aid in the treatment of noninfectious diarrhea in dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, birds, small animals and ferrets.

Directions For Use:

Mix K.P.A.D. with food, water or feed directly from a teaspoon. There should be a noticeable improvement within 2 to 3 days.

Dosage - Dogs & Cats

0-5 Lbs.

1 Teaspoon Every 4 Hrs

6-15 Lbs.

2 Teaspoons Every 4 Hrs

16-30 Lbs.

1 Tablespoon Every 4 Hrs

Over 30 Lbs.

2 Tablespoons Every 4 Hrs

Dosage - Birds

Keets; Canary; Finch

1-3 drops (.025-0.1 mL)

Lory; Cockatiel; Love Bird

3-8 drops (0.1-0.3 mL)

Amazon; African Grey; Mynah

10-20 drops (0.4-0.9 mL)

Macaw; Toucan; Cockatoo

26-50 drops (1-2 mL)

Dosage - Small Animals and Ferrets

Small Animals & Ferrets

1 Teaspoon Every 4 Hrs

Soothables K.P.A.D. Cautions:

If symptoms persist after using this product for 2 to 3 days, consult your veterinarian.

Store at controlled room temperature between 15° and 30° C (59° - 86° F). Protect from freezing.
