One pouch (0.0.42 oz) in one quart (946 ml) of water will produce a 100 PPM chlorine dioxide solution

One pouch (0.17 oz) in one gallon (3.8 L) of water will produce a 100 PPM Chlorine Dioxide solution

One pouch (0.84 oz) in five gallons (19 L) of water will produce a 100 PPM chlorine dioxide solution.

The two pouches inside this packet (4.2 oz) in 25 gallons (95 L) of water will produce a 100 PPM chlorine dioxide solution

The two pouches inside this packet (4.2 oz) in 5 gallons (19 L) of water will produce a 500 PPM chlorine dioxide solution

Directions for Use:

0.042 oz - Tear open this foil packet and remove the white inner pouch (DO NOT OPEN THE WHITE POUCH). Place the white pouch in a solid (not clear) one quart (946 ml) container filled with water. Allow pouch to activate for one hour to reach a maximum strength.

0.17 oz - Tear open this foil packet and remove the white inner pouch (DO NOT OPEN THE WHITE POUCH). Place the white pouch in a solid (not clear) one gallon (3.8 L) container filled with water. Allow pouch to activate for one hour to reach a maximum strength.

0.84 oz - Tear open this foil packet and remove the white inner pouch (DO NOT OPEN THE WHITE POUCH). Place the white pouch in a solid (not clear) five gallon (19 L) container filled with water. Allow pouch to activate for one hour to reach a maximum strength.

4.2 oz - Tear open this foil packet and remove the white inner pouches (DO NOT OPEN THE WHITE POUCHES). Place both white pouches in a solid (not clear) 5 gallon (19 L) or 25 gallon (95 L) container filled with water. Allow pouches to activate for one hour to reach a maximum strength chlorine dioxide solution.

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENT

Dry Ingredients: corrosive. Harmful if swallowed. Avoid breathing vapors. Wear protective eyewear and gloves. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating and drinking.

Activated Solution: Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing.

CHEMICAL HAZARDS

This product contains an oxidizing agent. Do not mix with acids or chlorines.

Dry sodium chlorite is not compatible with any reducing agents, combustible materials, solvents, acids, paints, or sulfur containing rubber. Always open activated pouch and dilute activated solution in an open well-ventilated area.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

Store in a dark, dry, protected, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and where temperature will not exceed 122°F (50°C). Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage and disposal.

Waste materials must be disposed of in accord with Federal, State and Local regulations.

Safe for colorfast fabrics. Always test in an inconspicuous area prior to treatment.

Storage:

Product will maintain potency in a solid, securely closed container for approximately 15 days. Store away from direct sunlight. Dispose of stored formula after 15 days.

FIRST AID

Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.

Eye: Remove contact lenses if present, hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for least 15 minutes.

Skin or Clothing: Remove contaminated clothing then rinse skin immediately with plenty of soap and water for at least 15 minutes.

Ingestion: Have a person sip water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a doctor or poison control center. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

Inhalation: Move victim to fresh air. If person is not breathing call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration.

Have the product container or label with you when calling poison control center, doctor or going for treatment.

Note to Physician: Probably mucosal damage may contraindicate the use of gastric lavage.
