Vitamin A acetate, d-activated animal sterol (source of vitamin D3 activity), dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate (source of vitamin E), vitamin B12 supplement, niacin supplement, choline bitartrate, folic acid, thiamine mononitrate, ascorbic acid, dextrose, dried saccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product, dried lactobacillus acidophilus fermentation product, dried lactobacillus casei fermentation product, dried entercoccus faecium fermentation product, dried bifidobacterium thermophilum fermentation product, dried aspergillus oryzae fermentation extract and sodium silico aluminate.

Add PRO-BAC-C MEDICATED to the milk replacer liquid at the rate of 1/8 ounce twice daily for a 110 lb. (50 kg.) calf to provide 50 mg. of lasalocid. Increase or decrease proportionately based on calf size to provide 1 mg. lasalocid per kg. of calf body weight. Do not use in combination with other sources of lasalocid.

CAUTION: The safety of lasalocid in unapproved species has not been established; do not allow horses or other equines access to lasalocid as ingestion may be fatal. Feeding undiluted, mixing errors or inadequate mixing (recirculation or agitation of liquid supplements) resulting in excessive concentrations of lasalocid could be fatal.
