Myco Silencer Bpme

This treatment applies to the following species:

Bordetella Bronchiseptica-erysipelothrix Rhusiopathiae-mycoplasma Hyopneumoniae-pasteurella Multocida Bacterin-toxoid

For use in healthy swine as an aid in the prevention of atrophic rhinitis and pneumonia caused by Bordetella bronchiseptica, Pasteurella multocida (toxigenic types A and D, non toxigenic type A), pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae, and erysipelas caused by Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae.

An inactivated, adjuvanted bacterin-toxoid product containing B. bronchiseptica, E. rhusiopathiae, M. hyopneumoniae, and P. multocida non toxigenic type A and toxigenic type D.

Dosage And Directions

Shake well, inject intramuscularly (IM) or subcutaneously (SQ).

Sows & Gilts

Administer a 2 mL dose at 5 weeks and again at 2 weeks before farrowing. For subsequent farrowings, administer one 2 mL dose at 1-2 weeks before farrowing.

Baby pigs from Vaccinated Sows

Administer one 1 mL dose at 5-7 days and again at 23-28 days of age.

Feeder Pig Vaccination

Administer one 1 mL dose at weaning (3 weeks of age); one 1 mL dose 3 weeks later.


Administer two 2 mL doses three weeks apart prior to breeding herd introduction. Annual revaccination with one 2 mL dose is recommended.

Myco Silencer BPME Caution

Store in the dark at not over 45°F (7°C). Do not freeze. Use entire contents when first opened. Do not vaccinate within 21 days of slaughter. If allergic reaction occurs, treat with epinephrine. Not to be used as a diluent for viral products. Contains gentamicin, thimerosal, and polymyxin B.
