Parvovirus Vaccine Killed Virus Erysipelothrix Rhusiopathiae - Leptospira Canicola - Grippotyphosa - Hardjo - Icterohaemorrhagiae - Pomona Bacterin

For use as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by porcine parvovirus, Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae, and Leptospira serovars canicola, grippotyphosa, hardjo, icterohaemorrhagiae and pomona in healthy, breeding age swine. Duration of Immunity (DOI) against erysipelas has been demonstrated to be at least 121 days.

DOSE: Shake well before use. Administer 2 mL intramuscularly to breeding animals. Primary vaccination: One dose six (6) weeks before breeding followed by a second 2 mL dose in 14 to 28 days. Revaccination: a single dose is recommended prior to each breeding (semi-annually). Boars should be vaccinated semi-annually. For optimal parvovirus protection, gilts should be vaccinated after passive maternal antibody levels have declined to allow active immunization.

Store at 2° to 7°C (35° to 45°F). Use entire contents when first opened. Do not save partial contents. Dispose of containers and all unused vaccine according to local biohazardous waste disposal regulations. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. Allergic reactions may follow the use of products of this nature.

ANTIDOTE: Epinephrine. Contains gentamicin and thimerosal as preservatives.
