LIFEGARD 7500F is a concentrated acid cleaner designed for foam, spray and manual cleaning of stainless steel equipment in pharmaceutical and cosmetic plants, and laboratory animal, medical research and other life science facilities. No carcinogenic ingredients.
Directions For Use
LIFEGARD 7500F removes scale, rust, lime deposits, uric salts, starch and protein.
LIFEGARD 7500F dilution ratios will vary depending on soil conditions. Dilute 1 part to 5 parts water for rust and heavy scale accumulations. Adjust dilution as necessary. Agitate and rinse with potable water.
FOAM APPLICATION: Dilute 12 ounces per gallon or less and apply through foam generating equipment. Agitate with stiff brush or abrasive pad if necessary, and rinse with potable water.
Recommended use temperature is 140°-150°.
Mix only with water.
Do not use on aluminum tin or zinc-plated surfaces. Pitting or surface deterioration may result.
Do not mix with chlorine containing products or bleach - releases chlorine gas.
DANGER: Eyes: Causes severe eye burns which may not be immediately painful or visible. Ingestion: Severe burns to mucous membranes of mouth, throat and digestive tract. Inhalation: Mists are irritating to mucous membranes, respiratory tract, and lung tissue. May cause damage to nasal and respiratory passages. Skin: Prolonged contact causes severe burns which may not be immediately painful or visible.
If in Eyes: Immediately flush eyes with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Get immediate medical attention. If ingested: Do not induce vomiting. Slowly dilute with 1-2 glasses of water or milk and seek medical attention. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If inhaled: If inhaled, remove from area to fresh air. Get medical attention if respiratory irritation develops or if breathing becomes difficult. If on skin: Flush with water for at least 15 minutes while removing all contaminated clothing and shoes. Get medical attention if irritation persists.
