An all-purpose instrument cleaner lubricant specially formulated as a presoak for manual cleaning and in washers and de-contaminators, manual systems, ultrasonic cleaners and cart washers. It quickly reconditions by removing bioburden from the instrument surface and box locks restoring them to “like new” condition. Reducing time and cost by cleaning and lubricating in one step. The lubricous micro layer prevents rusting/staining of stainless steel surgical instruments. It contains a synergistic blend of inhibitors to reduce corrosion, scaling and spotting of your instruments.

Instructions:

Manual Cleaning: Add one ounce per gallon of warm water. Soak instruments for a minimum of 5 minutes, but not longer than one hour as needed. Post inspect for cleanliness. Remove any remaining debris with soft brush or cloth.

Ultrasonic Cleaners: For room temperature use1 fl.oz. per gallon of water and for hot water use 1/2 fl.oz. per gallon of water. Clean instruments in accordance with manufacturer’s directions.

Washer Sterilizer/Decontaminators: Use 1-3 fl.oz. per 5-10 gallon load. Use more or less depending upon water characteristics and dilution factors of washer equipment.

Automatic Cart Washers: Use 1 fl.oz. per ten gallon load. Warmer temperatures typically require less concentrate.
