Foaming Uterine Bolus Indications

For use as an antiseptic and proteolysis aid in beef and dairy cattle, sheep and goats.

Active Ingredient

Each bolus contains:

Carbamide Peroxide

3.5 g

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION: For intra-uterine or topical use only. Insert 1-2 boluses into uterus, or dissolve 2 boluses in 1 pint of warm water to make a flush.

Cattle: 1 bolus

Sheep/Goats: 1/2 bolus

TOPICAL APPLICATION: Dissolve 2 boluses in 1 pint of warm water and thoroughly flush wound. Repeat treatment in 24 to 48 hours, if necessary.

Foaming Uterine Bolus Caution

Do not administer orally. Do not use in deep or puncture wounds or for serious burns. Do not apply bolus directly to external wounds.


Strict cleanliness must be observed to prevent the introduction of further infection. Thoroughly cleanse hands and arms of operator and external genital parts of the animal with soap and water before inserting bolus or flush.


Store in a cool, dry place. Keep container tightly closed when not in use.
