Company: Aspen

For Poultry, Turkey, and Swine, used as a vitamin supplement and in enduring periods of stress

Ingredients: Citric Acid, Vitamin E Supplement, d-Calcium Pantothenate, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Biotin, Riboflavin, Vitamin A Supplement, Menadione Sodium Bi-Sulfite Complex, Thiamine Hydrochloride, Vitamin D3 Supplement, Folic Acid, Ascorbic Acid, Silicon Dioxide

Directions: Dissolve package contents (4 oz) in 2 gallons of water for a stock solution. Dispense 1 oz stock solution per gallon drinking water; to treat 256 gallons. Continue for 3-5 days. Repeat as needed.

Danger: May damage fertility or the unborn child. Causes eye irritation. Causes mild skin irritation. Use appropriate personal protective equipment to avoid contact with eyes, skin and lungs. Refer to Safety Data Sheet for safe handling instructions and additional information regarding first aid and personal protective equipment. If in eyes: Rinse for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention. If on skin: Wash with plenty of soap and water. If inhaled: Move to fresh air. Consult a physician after significant exposure. If ingested: Obtain medical attention.
