Duramune Lyme Indications

This product has been shown to be effective for the vaccination of healthy dogs nine weeks of age or older against Borrelia burgdorferi. The duration of immunity for this product is at least 12 months. For more information regarding efficacy and safety data, go to productdata.aphis.usda.gov.

Dosage and Administration

Using aseptic technique, inject a 1 mL dose subcutaneously. A second dose should be administered 2 to 3 weeks later. Annual revaccination with one dose is recommended.

Precautions

Store in dark between 35 to 46ºF (2 to 8ºC). AVOID FREEZING. Shake well before using. Do not mix with other products, except as specified on the label. This product has not been tested in pregnant animals. In case of anaphylactoid reaction, administer epinephrine. In case of human exposure, contact a physician. Contains thimerosal as a preservative and may contain residual amounts of formalin.
