Dermachlor 2% Medical Scrub Indications

Dermachlor™ 2% Medical Scrub is a mild scrub containing Chlorhexidine Gluconate 2% that exhibits bactericidal activity against a wide range of microorganisms.

Directions For Use

Wet area thoroughly with water. Use approximately 5 mL of Dermachlor™ 2% Medical Scrub and add enough water to make a lather. Lather thoroughly. Rinse thoroughly under running water.

Dermachlor 2% Medical Scrub Caution

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If in eyes, immediately flush with water for 15 minutes and contact a physician. If swallowed, contact a physician and/or poison control center immediately.

Active Ingredient

2% Chlorhexidine Gluconate.

OTHER INGREDIENTS: Purified Water, Lauramine Oxide, Ethoxylated Alcohol, PEG-6 Cocamide, PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Citric Acid, Fragrance and Artificial Colors.

Storage

Store at room temperature between 15°-30°C (59°-85°F). Keep container tightly closed when not in use.
