Directions For Use
It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Do not use on glasses, dishes or utensils. Efficacy tests have demonstrated that this product is an effective bactericide, virucide , and fungicide in the presence of organic soil (5% blood serum).
To Disinfect & Deodorize: Hold can upright 6”-8” from surface. Spray surface until thoroughly wet. Let stand for 5 minutes. Heavy soil must be removed prior to disinfecting. A potable water rinse is required for food contact surfaces. To Sanitize Soft Surfaces: Hold can upright 6”-8” from surface. Spray until fabric is wet. DO NOT SATURATE. Let stand for 30 seconds. Allow to air dry. Heavy soil must be removed prior to sanitizing. To Sanitize the Air: Close all doors, windows, and air vents. Hold can upright and spray towards center of room for 10 seconds. For maximum effectiveness, relative humidity should be between 45% and 70%. Resume normal air ventilation after spray has settled. Repeat as needed. To Control Mold and Mildew on Fabric: Hold can upright 6”-8” from surface. Spray surface until wet and repeat every 3 weeks to prevent regrowth. Heavy soil must be removed prior to application to control mold and mildew.
Specific Instructions for HIV-1 and HBV: Kills HIV-1 (AIDS Virus) and HBV on pre-cleaned environmental surfaces/objects previously soiled with blood/body fluids in healthcare settings or other settings in which there is an expected likelihood of soiling of inanimate surfaces objects with blood/body fluids, and in which the surfaces/objects likely to be soiled with blood body fluids can be associated with the potential for transmission of Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1) (associated with AIDS) and Hepatitis B Virus (HBV).
Special Instructions for Cleaning and Decontamination Against HIV-1 (AIDS Virus) and HBV on Surfaces/Objects Soiled with Blood/Body Fluids: Personal Protection: When handling items soiled with blood/body fluids, appropriate personal protective equipment such as disposable plastic gloves, gowns, masks and eye coverings should be considered. Cleaning Procedure: Blood/body fluids must be thoroughly cleaned from surfaces and objects prior to disinfecting. Contact Time: This product kills HIV-1 (AIDS Virus) and HBV in 1 minute. Disposal of Infectious Materials: Blood/body fluids and cleaning materials must be autoclaved and disposed of according to federal, state and local regulations for infectious waste disposal.
This product is not to be used as a terminal sterilant/high level disinfectant on any surface or instrument that (1) is introduced directly into the human body, either into or in contact with the bloodstream or normally sterile areas of the body, or (2) contacts intact mucous membranes but which does not ordinarily penetrate the blood barrier or otherwise enter normally sterile areas of the body. This product may be used to preclean or decontaminate critical or semi-critical medical devices prior to sterilization or high level disinfection.

Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid contact with eyes or clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the toilet. FIRST AID: IF IN EYES: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing. Call a poison control center or doctor for further treatment advice. Have the product container or label with you when calling a poison control center or doctor, or going for treatment. Questions or comments? Call 1-800-234-7700. PHYSICAL HAZARDS: Flammable. Contents under pressure. Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame. Do not puncture or incinerate container. Exposure to temperatures above 130°F may cause bursting.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL: Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal. Pesticide Storage: Store at temperatures below 130°F in a locked storage area inaccessible to children and persons unfamiliar with its use. Pesticide Disposal: Wastes resulting from the use of this product must be disposed of on site or at an approved waste disposal facility. Container Handling: DO NOT PUNCTURE OR INCINERATE! Offer for recycling; if not available, discard in trash. If partially filled: Call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions.
