Active Ingredient(s): CALCIUM GLUCONATE 23% Injectable, B.P. Vet, is a large volume solution containing calcium borogluconate 23%.

Calcium Gluconate 23% Indications

CALCIUM GLUCONATE 23% is used in the treatment of hypocalcaemic conditions such as milk fever.

Dosage and Administration

Administer slowly by intravenous, intraperitoneal or subcutaneous injection.

Cattle and Horses

250 mL-500 mL

Sheep and Swine

50-125 mL

Small Animals

10-50 mL

The dosage may be repeated after several hours if required.

Precaution(s): Store at room temperature. Keep from freezing.

Caution(s): Do not retain partly used vials. Warm to body temperature prior to use.

Presentation: 500 mL plastic vials.
